These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messaging communications provided by T and D Home Care Inc., doing business as Aaron’s Home Care (“Aaron’s Home Care”).
By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Aaron’s Home Care, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
SMS Messaging Program
Aaron’s Home Care may send SMS/text messages to caregivers, employees, clients, and clients’ family members or legal representatives who have consented to receive such communications.
Messages may include:
Available caregiver shift notifications
Shift confirmations
Schedule changes and updates
Client coverage needs
Upcoming visit information and reminders
Training and documentation reminders
Office announcements
Care-related and operational updates
Other employment or service-related communications
Aaron’s Home Care does not use this SMS program to send unsolicited text messages.
Consent to Receive Messages
Individuals may opt in to SMS communications by providing consent to Aaron’s Home Care through an authorized opt-in method, including verbal consent, an applicable form, or another documented method offered by Aaron’s Home Care.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment or the purchase of any goods or services.

Message frequency varies based on caregiver scheduling, available shifts, client needs, upcoming visits, and other operational communications.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent or received through this program.
Aaron’s Home Care is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages from Aaron’s Home Care at any time by replying:
STOP
After you submit an opt-out request, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No additional SMS messages will be sent unless you subsequently opt in again.
